We at GenOpp Capital Management LP and its affiliates (together “GenOpp,” “our,” “us,” “we,” and any other similar terms used throughout) know you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we gather when you are accessing or using (the “Website”). By using or accessing the Website in any manner, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that you provide or we otherwise collect through other means than the Website. For example, if you are an Investor, your provision of information to GenOpp offline is not subject to this Privacy Policy but may be subject to the Governing Agreement or another binding agreement between you and GenOpp (as defined in the legal terms ). In addition, if you are an Investor and you access the Investor portal through a link on our Website, please note that the portal is separate website hosted by a third party and your access to and use of the Investor portal is subject to the Legal Terms and privacy policy of that third party website.

Remember that your use of the Website is at all times subject to the Legal Terms, which incorporates this Privacy Policy. Any terms we use in this Policy without defining them have the definitions given to them in the Legal Terms.

What Information does GenOpp Collect?

The Website does not require you to disclose any information to us. However, you may decide to voluntarily provide Personal Information to us through the Website. We may communicate with you if you’ve provided us with the means to do so.
